General Terms and Conditions VCK Logistics Oceanfreight B.V.

In case of freight forwarding the FENEX-Dutch Forwarding Conditions deposited at the Registry of the District courts at Amsterdam and Rotterdam on 1 May 2018 (or any more recent version) shall apply.

The FENEX-Logistics Services Conditions (LSV) deposited at the Registry of the District courts at Rotterdam on 2 April 2014 shall apply in case of Logistics Activities.
