Port Logistics is an expert in break bulk and project cargo. Our state-of-the-art terminals ensure efficient storage and transshipment. We are located in the Port of Amsterdam and own two terminals with nine berths in all. Four of these are fully covered (one roof all weather concept). Both terminals offer direct multimodal connections to the European hinterland. This, combined with qualified employees and a 24×7 mentality, means we are the perfect partner for handling and simplifying your total logistical process. Our operations are fully transparent: customers have real-time insight into the processing of their goods throughout the entire logistical process.

We aim for the highest achievable quality. We do this through constant innovation, while keeping our customers’ wishes and requirements in mind. Our approach has resulted in long-term partnerships. We have been working successfully with some of our relations for over 30 years. We focus on safety, flexibility and reliability. Our network is extensive and robust.

History

Our company has a long history, having been established in 1760 as a shipping agent for ships travelling to and from Germany, Poland, Russia and Finland. The company merged in 1915, acquiring the name Verenigd Cargadoorskantoor. Today, we are known as Port Logistics within the division VCK Logistics.
