Wilhelm Wirtz and Arnold Kämpkes on Early Retirement

Wilhelm Wirtz, partner and co-founder of ComPass and Arnold Kämpkes, Managing Director, went on early retirement at the end of 2015.

We wish them all the best and would like to express our thanks for their contribution to our company´s success.

Michael Wortmann and Dirk Völker remain as Managing Directors of the VCK Logistics companies in Germany. Moreover, Dirk Völker remains as Managing Director of VCK Logistics SCS in Switzerland.

About the managing directors

Michael Wortmann has been working in the field of Supply Chain for more than 35 years.

With his broad expertise in the areas of logistics, operational performance, flight safety as well as supply chain security, Michael Wortmann played an essential part in the continuous development of VCK Logistics SCS Germany (former ComPass). He is also an honorary member of the Board of Directors of the TAPA EMEA association.

Dirk Völker can look back on a 25-year-long success story in the field of telecommunicationsindustry logistics. His extensive experience in the field of contract logistics and well-founded knowledge of SAP have been very beneficial for the Business Development of the VCK Logistics SCS Germany Group.

Apart from his leadership position in Germany he is also Managing Director of the VCK Logistics SCS AG in Switzerland.
